Available Jobs

These are the jobs local 354 currently have available. If you are a member of the Local 354 you can bid on jobs online from 7:00 PM-8:30 AM. Here are the instructions:

1. Login to the website using your Last Name and Member Card Number
2. Navigate to the "Bid on Jobs" tab
3. Click on the job
4. If there is more than one job please list your prioritization.
5. Provide your contact number.
6. Submit

You may also call the dispatcher between 8:00 AM and  8:30 AM at (801) 972-9354. Leave a detailed message, including your name, classification, card number, phone number, and the job you are interested in. The Referral Agent will begin making call backs after 8:45 AM  

**All call-backs will be made in the order of which you appear on the Out of Work Books.**

You must be on the Out of Work Books in order to receive a call back. If you are not on the Out of Work Books, you will not receive a call back! 

For Friday February 13^th, 2026, there were 0 Regular calls, 1 foreman call by name, 1 communication call and 0 Short calls filled. There are currently 287 on Book 1 and 23 on Book 2.

Contractors will require the following at orientation:

• Utah State License
• Two forms of identification
• Bank routing information for payroll

The available jobs list is updated daily at 5:30pm.

Inside Journeyman Wireman Rate is $43.65

Communication Technician Rate is $33.78
